Vicki Galindo

After thirty-two years in the hospitality industry representing destinations across the Eastern seaboard, while directing sales teams, Vicki has turned the skills she honed in her career to another service-focused journey as an executive assistant and project manager to joining MSBCoach.  Her role is supporting coaches’ working with clients who are seeking to grow and develop their leadership skills in today’s work place.  She enjoys communicating with clients and developing relationships that ultimately become customers for life.

In her previous role as Regional Director of Sales for Flik Hospitality Group, Vicki was instrumental in developing regional teams, pioneering sales and marketing initiatives and collectively achieving revenues that exceeded $22 million representing year-over-year growth five to ten percent.  Additionally, Vicki was an Adjunct Communications Instructor at Piedmont Virginia Community College.

As part of her life’s journey, Vicki is also passionate about saving the honeybees from extinction. She and her husband have committed to supporting honeybee initiatives through a variety of local beekeepers and associations. In addition, Vicki and her husband are furry friend supporters as they have a never-ending love of their two Ragdoll cats, Mona and Frank, and their two Grand Pups (who live in Atlanta) Lexi and Charley. During the recession of 2008, they were fortunate to keep their jobs, enabling them to financially support a veterinarian office (Madison Fund) that provided urgent care to pets whose owners did not have the funds for medical care.  She has continued to donate to the local CASPCA, as well as, other national pet rescue organizations.

Three words someone else would use to describe me:

Caring, Engaging, Sincere.

I consider a day a success if:
If I am able to relax and reflect on the interactions of others who needed to achieve their objectives for the day.
