Team coaching is typically 3 to 5 leaders working with a coach. Team coaching can be done as a standalone, in tandem with individual coaching and/or as a part of a leadership enhancement program.
Team coaching is similar to individual coaching. However, rather than a coach working with an individual leader, they are working with the entire team of leaders.
The coach partners with the team of leaders to identify: strengths, opportunities, blind spots, and ways to increase trust. Together, the team and coach work to establish specific goals, and create a path with measurable benchmarks to achieve the identified goals. The coach works with the team through a 6 month to 1 year engagement to attain the goals set, working through challenges and celebrating victories along the way.
