Proudest Professional Achievement and Why?
Deciding to leave a 25-year career with a Fortune 50 company and start my own business.
Proudest Personal Achievement and Why?
I’m proud that through all the challenging times internal and external to our family, our girls have become caring, hardworking, beautiful adult girls. I’m grateful every day for the love they show my husband and I and the respect they show all humans.
Three words someone else would use to describe me:
Loyal, caring and trustworthy
I consider a day success if:
A successful day in business is a day that I have made a difference in someone’s life. Whether it be helping them move past their own struggles to achieve what they are reaching for, making them laugh, or being that sounding board by listening.
The toughest challenge I've ever faced is:
I am very grateful to own my business, the first year after leaving a 25-year career was very challenging both mentally and spiritually. Just when I was getting my bearings on what it means to be self-employed and connecting with businesses, Covid hit shutting down most businesses. I again found myself questioning my decision of starting a business. The challenge to continue was mentally exhausting, however, I had a wonderful business coach that helped me see other options and I was able to reset my mindset to continue working my business goals.
