Workshop: PERFORMANCE201: Leadership and Personal Development Plans
Leadership Journey Levels:
A Personal Development Plan allows the individual team member to take ownership and create a sense of responsibility for their own development in addition to the opportunity to give feedback on the methodology utilized by the organization to train and “grow” them. Because individual learning styles, goals. and skill development can vary considerably among team members; this plan should foster a constructive and proactive dialogue between the performance appraiser (the direct supervisor) and the individual (the team member). In this workshop, you will be given tools and resources to create your own Personal Development Plan, a Personal Development Plan for team members, and a process to implement the plan on an on-going basis and not just a one and done meeting.
