Workshop: Impostor Syndrome and Articulating Your Self-Worth

In this dynamic, highly interactive workshop, participants will learn more about Impostor Syndrome. Impostor Syndrome is that sneaking suspicion that one is never good enough, needs to be perfect, and will eventually be "found out" as a fraud. It typically strikes bright, successful individuals. When leaders and team members are capable, confident, and collaborative, the entire organization succeeds. This workshop supports whole-culture development as well as individual leader and high-potential employee leadership development. In this valuable session, participants will:

  • explores the theory, research, symptoms, and the "why" behind this phenomenon
