Workshop: Generational Leadership

For the first time in history, four distinct age generations are together in the workplace with a potential fifth one being added soon. What are their differences and how does each generation understand the others and their approach to work? Each generation brings its own perspectives, experiences, and value systems, and each one needs to be understood and celebrated for what it brings to the table. On the flip side, generational conflict causes lost productivity and incalculable effects on motivation and morale. In this class we explore how to work more effective together with mutual respect and trust, not matter what generation you are from through listening with an open mind, giving up the need to be “right”, and being intentional to learn as well as grow together.
