Different situations, personalities, skills, and confidence levels call for different styles of leadership. Most leaders have a leadership “go to” style they are most comfortable with and default to. Although a leader may have success with their go-to style in some situations, it will become a fatal flaw if it is the only style they use in every situation.
In this session we explore different leadership styles using Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership Model and uncover how to use different styles in different situations. This session includes a workbook and assessment.
