Develop a deeper value and understanding of how honesty and ethics impact the workplace. Learn the importance of dependabily, trustworthiness and how to promote trust in others.


Develop a lifelong desire for learning, through an open, curious and beginner's mindset.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - understand the 4 basic elements of which include: self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness (awareness of others and your impact on others) and relationship-management.


Actively listening, asking questions, communicating clearly and practicing full-circle communication.


Take initiative as an empowered, responsible self-starter.
