Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - understand the 4 basic elements of which include: self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness (awareness of others and your impact on others) and relationship-management.

Communication

Actively listening, asking questions, communicating clearly and practicing full-circle communication.

Ownership

Take initiative as an empowered, responsible self-starter.
