THE ESSENTIALS IN THIS LEVEL BUILD ON THE COMPETENCIES LEARNED PREVIOUSLY AND INCORPORATE THE BROADER NEEDS OF AND LEADING WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION. A DEEPER NEED EXISTS FOR UNDERSTANDING WHAT MOTIVATES AND ENGAGES PEOPLE TO COMMIT AND BUY-INTO ENACT COMPLEX PROJECTS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.

Become more autonomous, inspiring team members to be critical thinkers/problem solvers, embracing skills of delegation in order to develop others. Advanced People Skills

Learn how to read, motivate and influence others. Become more open-minded and flexible. Learn how to be more approachable, welcoming collaboration.

Develop negotiation skills, inspire others to engage and commit to change, become a calculated risk-taker.
