THIS LEVEL VENTURES BEYOND THE BASIC SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT LEVEL TO A MORE LEADERSHIP MINDSET. THE ESSENTIALS IN THIS LEVEL BUILD ON THE COMPETENCIES LEARNED PREVIOUSLY AND INCORPORATE THE BROADER NEEDS OF AND LEADING WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION. A DEEPER NEED EXISTS FOR UNDERSTANDING WHAT MOTIVATES AND ENGAGES PEOPLE TO COMMIT AND BUY-INTO ENACT COMPLEX PROJECTS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.

Basic Leadership

Leaders at this level need to be emotionally intelligent, consistent, resilient and stress-tolerant. Become more autonomous, inspiring team members to be critical thinkers/problem solvers, embracing skills of delegation in order to develop others. Learn and embrace effective listening, curious questioning and get beyond ambiguity and assumptions.

Advanced People Skills

Learn how to read, motivate and influence others. Become more open-minded and flexible. Learn how to be more approachable, welcoming collaboration. 

Critical Thinking

Foresight, clarity, advocacy and creativity are all necessary leadership skills.

Being A Change Agent

Develop negotiation skills, inspire others to engage and commit to change, become a calculated risk-taker.
