Webinar: How to Plan Your Entire Year on One Sheet of Paper

Leadership Journey Levels:

Duration: 49 minutes

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. We all know that having a bullet-proof plan is one of the keys to success for any organization. Deciding ahead of time what you’ll do, when you’ll do it and how you’ll do it will make you more effective and ensure that you reach your goals. But the thought of actually writing a plan seems too hard for most people. It’s easy to procrastinate because of all the other things on your plate. Or maybe you’re just not sure how to do a plan and make it work.

That’s where this webinar comes in. Here’s just a sample of what your plan will include…

  • A FOCUS on the right market(s) for you in the coming year
  • A plan to gain VISIBILITY and be known for what you do best
  • Identifying your BHAG (Big, Hairy Audacious Goal)
  • Determining your short- and long-term GOALS (and how to GET THERE)
  • A plan for you (and your team) to stay ACCOUNTABLE

In other words, no more winging it. You’ll be creating a set of action steps for the year that are in alignment with your goals. Next year will be your best year ever if you decide now what you want and how you’re going to get it.
