Proudest Professional Achievement and Why

My career started in the tech world, all about data and logic. Fifteen years later, I realized being good with tech didn't automatically make me a great leader. With a leap into the unknown, I dove into neuroscience and emotional well-being to get a grip on what makes people tick. Midway through my career, I switched gears to focus more on helping leaders and teams deal with big changes. Looking back, I see how navigating my own change showed me how being flexible, always ready to learn, and supporting leaders using both sides of my brain can make a huge difference in leadership.

Proudest Personal Achievement and Why

Growing up, learning was tough for me due to various learning disabilities. Reading was a struggle, and I just about made it through high school. But then, I turned things around and graduated from university with a 4.0 average and honors in Management Information Systems. This turnaround is my personal victory, proving that with enough guts, openness, and hard work, anything's achievable. It's a constant reminder to me that no hurdle is too high if you're willing to give it your all.

Three words someone else would use to describe me:
Patient, Curious and insightful

I consider a day successful if:

I end my day with a sense of gratitude

Emotions are rarely calls to action. They’re usually cause for reflection.
