After 30 years in the corporate world, Susan  disrupted by leaving for a new career that would inspire change. As a coach, she’s worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, such as Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Deloitte, Warner Media, and Fidelity, to advocate for themselves, get promoted, find a role aligned with their values, and be an inspiring leader.

Her corporate experience was as a finance executive in hospitality, venue management, entertainment, and sports. I observed many managers promoted into leadership roles without the support to upgrade their skills from "doer" to "leader."  There had to be a different way.  She is a coach that speaks the language of business.

Passionate about leader development, she guides individuals, companies, groups, and teams to improve business outcomes by uncovering what's holding them back, taking action, and achieving their aspirations.

As the queen of metaphors, she’ll say; that I'm your sherpa as we map out your future and navigate the road to the destination you determine. We may have pit stops, take the wrong roads, turn around, find a better way, and always pause to admire the view.

With over 1500+ hours of coaching, my clients and she’s tackled: imposter syndrome, effective communication, empowering teams, increasing confidence, seeing the bigger picture, and influencing upward, intended impact. Through self-discovery and skill development, I support my clients in gaining clarity around what motivates them, identifying current perspectives and mental models, and taking action on the professional growth they want to see.

Ask my clients why they chose Susan, and they'll quickly tell you she's the "coaching match" for them. Why? Because she's not your one-size-fits-all coach who provides prescribed answers. Instead, clients seek out Susan for her:

- Personalized and transformative approach to enhancing your career performance
- Relaxed, often humorous style that makes her approachable and easy to talk to
- Willingness to explore, consider alternatives and seek transformative answers
- Uncanny ability to drill down quickly and accurately to synthesize the most complex issues
- Commitment to life-long learning, best practices, and determination to lead by example
- Dedication and partnership with clients throughout their career journeys.

Fun facts – She’s a photographer and artist.  She spent my high school years in the UK, which birthed her love of travel and exploring different cultures.  She’s been to 15 countries and 47 states.

 Proudest Professional Achievement and Why?

Saying no to opportunities that were not aligned with my values.  Saying yes to what brings me joy and energy.

Proudest Personal Achievement and Why?

Raising a daughter as a single parent in a time, when it was not accepted. I was resilient during a time of extreme stress. She is now an amazing mother to four children.

Three words someone else would use to describe me:

I consider a day a success if:

I’ve learned something new, made a difference to someone, and found some time for me.
