Lynn Ellen Queen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than twenty-five years as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non-profits. Beyond her coaching and leadership development experience she has held responsibilities in strategic planning, strategic execution, problem solving, project management, and process improvement. As a Professional Certified coach, Lynn Ellen works globally with mid-level and senior leaders as well as teams in government, businesses, and non-profits.
Lynn Ellen earned a B.A. in French from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership. In addition, she has completed The Skilled Facilitator workshop and is a certified facilitator in SOAR – Success through Observer, Action, Results. She is certified to administer CCL’s suite of Benchmarks® 360 assessments, Workplace Big Five 4.0™, Influence Style Indicator™, Change Navigator™, FIRO-B®, FIRO Business®, and MBTI® assessments.
Lynn Ellen is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has previously served on the boards of St. Andrew’s School, Richmond, Virginia and of the Interlochen Center for the Arts, Interlochen, Michigan and is currently the President of the Northwestern University Club of Virginia. She is a citizen of the United States and of Canada and is fluent in both French and English.
