In part one of this webinar we learned how habits start, why habits are hard to break and steps to create productive habits. In his book The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg interviewed a major in the Army who told him, “Once you see everything as a bunch of habits, it's like someone gave you the key to success." We are now going to dig into why some of us are more successful at creating productive habits than others and how to remove the barriers that keep us forming new habits.  We discuss:

  • Key steps in identifying the real barriers of creating desired habits
  • The role of will and belief
  • How to create the right triggers, routines and rewards to sustain a desired habit
