Tom Hickman brings a diversity of experiences to the table including restoring historic properties, creating residential communities, and developing large scale construction projects. Tom is a unique asset to the MSBCoach team. Organizations benefit greatly when they receive Tom’s entrepreneurial, innovative mind combined with his business experiences, Darden MBA education, government work and numerous volunteer projects at home and abroad (pictured is Tom on a trip with Building Goodness Foundation in Haiti).

Tom has also worked with various levels of government, including planning, engineering, utility management, and city council. He recently became active in many community projects including the Virginia Active Angel Network, performing due diligence research on submissions by entrepreneurs seeking funding by that group. This involves examining the total company structure, including all facts and figures related to its potential success. One of his specific skill sets is evaluating both horizontal and vertical markets to assess their impact on organizational growth.
