Peter Bartlett
Peter is a partnering faculty member for the Emerging Leader’s program.
Peter Bartlett has over 25 years of business and government experience in helping leaders to plan, design, and implement effective execution of strategic change initiatives. Peter has a unique ability to combine leadership coaching, organizational frameworks and tools to enable successful sustainable change implementation. Peter is uniquely skilled in hi-tech, global and virtual business environments where dynamic change is the norm and strategic alignment, organizational agility and sustainable performance are essential to business and government success. Peter has worked both as an internal consultant (Hewlett Packard, Lockheed Martin, US Army) and external consultant. A recent external client includes The World Bank. While with Lockheed Martin, Peter led a number of large scale change/transformation effort within Space Systems Division including Personal Strategic consulting with the President Space Systems Division and his staff, a major redesign of the Austin Division and extensive work innovation projects throughout manufacturing. While at HP, Peter the senior consultant for the Organizational Architecture for HP’s Strategic Change Services business and supported a number of organizational redesigns and change efforts within the LaserJet, InkJet, Storage Businesses and Test and Measurement (became Agilent Technologies).
