CEO, Michelle Braden

 Michelle Braden  is the CEO of MSBCoach, an ICF certified business. She has coached and trained leaders and teams for more than 18 years. Michelle received her Advanced Human Behavior Certification and Wellness Coaching certification from the Leadership Institute of America. She is an advanced certified associate of Emergenetics International and served as a panelist for the World Coaching Conference in 2011.

Michelle has worked with notables from Morgan Keegan, Capital One, the University of Virginia, General Dynamics, LexisNexis, and the City of Charlottesville, to name a few. She also served in leadership, coaching and training positions for corporations such as Robert Half International and Retirement Unlimited Incorporated. She has written two leadership training manuals for The Church of God International and is a freelance writer for Thought Leaders Blog, Lead Change Blog, Leadership Courseware Blog, The Business Networker, and Forward/Adelante magazine.

As adjunct faculty at Piedmont Community College, Michelle teaches leadership development and high performance team building. Michelle serves on the leadership board of the Building Goodness Foundation. Michelle is also the founder of the Emerging Executive Leadership Program and the Authentic Leadership Summit.

Prior to founding MSBCoach, Michelle’s experiences extend to teaching elementary school, juvenile rehab, and worked in school administration. In Michelle’s first year of teaching, she received the Teacher of Excellence Award in Bedford, PA. Michelle has also worked in executive leadership with Robert Half International, Retirement Unlimited incorporated and the Church of God International. She leads a mission- driven life dedicated to helping leaders discover authenticity and use this knowledge for personal strength and to empower those they lead.

Her down to earth approach, strategic business sense, and interpersonal relationship skills put people at ease and inspire her clients to gain the most from their coaching and training! This combination of attributes challenges and motivates leaders to achieve their highest goals.
