Ariel started in early 2017 as the Bookkeeper for MSBCoach.  In just a year, she has taken on additional roles as the Client Relations Supervisor as well as a Millennial Coach. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration and a Minor in Spanish from Christopher Newport University. Ariel has always had a passion for marketing and finding ways to make something better. Her interest in bookkeeping comes from her passion for problem solving. With finding unique ways to combine her interests, Ariel has over seven years in both bookkeeping and marketing.

Ariel is a Charlottesville native and was happy she returned to her home town after college. She has a positive attitude and a strong interest in leadership development and growth. Ariel is energized by reading, running, learning, and having meaningful conversations over coffee.

When Ariel is not at MSBCoach, she runs a Mary Kay business and enjoys building relationships with her customers and unit members. Ariel is inspired in both of her roles when she works with others to help them succeed and accomplish their goals. She has a desire to help people achieve more in life.

Proudest Professional Achievement and Why?
Deciding to start my Mary Kay business. When I started, Mary Kay seemed like something I would never do, but making that decision has completely changed my life for the better.

Proudest Personal Achievement and Why?
Running the Richmond Marathon. Training for the marathon was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I put so much time and effort into my training and when I crossed the finish line I felt so much pride and joy, all the training was worth it. I hope to complete another marathon in the future.

Three words someone else would use to describe me:
Friendly, kind, loyal

I consider a day a success if:
I’ve made someone smile.
